Mindfulness can be integrated into your daily routine in various simple ways:
By incorporating these practices into your daily life, you can enhance your ability to stay present and manage stress more effectively.
Starting a mindfulness practice can be more effective with professional guidance. At “Explore Focusing,” we offer personalized mindfulness sessions designed to fit your individual needs and lifestyle. Here’s how you can get started:
By working with a professional, you can ensure that you are practicing mindfulness correctly and effectively, making the most out of your mindfulness journey.
We offer unique mindfulness services for leaders worldwide.
1:1 mentorship sessions and group circles for leaders and professionals, focusing on practical mindfulness techniques that are scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance decision-making skills.
The goal is to foster self-awareness and creative problem-solving. With a background in neuroscience, positive psychology, and mindfulness, we provide personalized guidance to help clients achieve a balanced and fulfilling career.
In our group circles (maximum of 6 participants per circle), we gather to share personal stories in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Each session begins with a grounding exercise, followed by rounds of storytelling where each participant has time to speak and listen mindfully, according to the prompt of the day.
We conclude with reflection and discussion, promoting self-awareness and emotional healing. These circles foster a sense of community and connection, empowering people to embrace their authentic selves.
We don’t give opinion to other’s stories and we don’t judge. You don’t have to tell a story when you’re not in the mood (although we always encourage you do to so), as simply listening to other’s stories already helps you on connecting with your own self!
Hi, I’m Elga. After 11 years in hospitality management, including six years abroad, I realized in 2019 that the 14-hour days, team management, and constant directives weren’t for me anymore. Despite my love for coaching and guiding people in a corporate setup, I knew I needed a change.
It took another two years for me to discover that mindfulness was my new path. I found that the techniques and insights I had developed could help others overwhelmed by multitasking and corporate stress. With a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness, I’m now dedicated to sharing these practical strategies to help people develop self-awareness and problem-solving skills, finding clarity and balance in their lives.
